In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777yx" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 777yx online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777yx.net, operated by its licensed operator entity.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered by 777yx.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the 777yx platform.
• "Real Money Balance" / "PKR Balance" means the total amount of Pakistani Rupees deposited by the User and currently held in their 777yx account, less any amounts already wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a User's account by 777yx, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any game, event, or market offered on the 777yx platform.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services offered by 777yx.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which 777yx holds its operating licence, as applicable to the services provided.

To register and use 777yx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as a private individual, not on behalf of a business or entity;
• You are not registering or using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from 777yx or notified that your account has been closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with 777yx or any affiliated platform;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and not misleading.

777yx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of the account and restriction of all withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one 777yx account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance across all associated accounts.

When registering a 777yx account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential;
• Notify 777yx immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach;
• Not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances;
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

777yx will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless such activity is the direct result of 777yx negligence.

All financial transactions on 777yx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777yx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction thresholds published on the platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your 777yx Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds, typically within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers;
• The minimum deposit is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion;
• 777yx does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to identity verification requirements;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777yx account;
• 777yx reserves the right to carry out additional Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding specified thresholds;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;
• 777yx reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

All bets placed on 777yx — including but not limited to cricket betting, live in-play wagers, slot game bets, and live casino stakes — are governed by the specific rules of each game or sport as published on the platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 777yx does not guarantee that published odds will remain unchanged, and in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly during live events such as PSL matches or UFC bouts;
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless 777yx elects to offer a cash-out facility on that specific market;
• 777yx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, notifying the affected User as soon as practicable;
• In cases of disputed results, the decision of the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures) shall be final unless 777yx has grounds to determine otherwise under its specific rules;
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event may apply and are published within individual market rules.

777yx offers various promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific promotion-level terms:

• Promotions are available to registered, verified 777yx account holders who are 21 years of age or above;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, device, or IP address;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• 777yx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in immediate disqualification, bonus forfeiture, and potential permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777yx and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account for personal use or registering an account on behalf of another person without authorisation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic devices to place bets or access 777yx services;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event;
• Deliberately exploiting software glitches, errors, or miscalculations in odds for financial gain;
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering;
• Accessing 777yx from a jurisdiction in which the use of such services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 777yx staff or other Users through any communication channel.

All content on the 777yx platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, game content, text, databases, and the overall look and feel of the website — is owned by or licensed to 777yx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777yx content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the 777yx platform;
• Use 777yx branding, trademarks, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

777yx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also accept the 777yx Privacy Policy as it stands at the time of your registration and as updated from time to time.

• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777yx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 777yx platform;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond 777yx's reasonable control, including network outages and third-party payment provider delays;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, and promotional terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 777yx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777yx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete required identity verification procedures;
• At the request of the User under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme;
• Identification of the User as a minor or as a person barred from using gambling services.

Upon account closure for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means, they shall be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by the User in good standing, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Users may close their 777yx account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any winnings credited prior to final closure processing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777yx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 777yx:

2. If the matter is not resolved to the User's satisfaction within 14 calendar days, the User may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority or approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body;
3. 777yx will cooperate fully with any such review and abide by the outcome of any ruling made by the relevant regulatory authority.

777yx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777yx will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these terms was published. Your continued use of 777yx following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
